
Cathy joined the Trust as Director of Marketing and Communications in February 2025. Cathy is a
seasoned marketing leader with more than 15 years of association expertise spanning various facets of
marketing and communications, including content
creation, campaign management, digital marketing,
and brand building. Most recently, she led the marketing strategy for several programs at the American
Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), driving impactful product launches and campaigns
while
achieving growth through digital and traditional marketing initiatives. Notably, she spearheaded the
branding and go-to-market strategy for AAOS’s resident online learning platform, the first-ever defined
curriculum for residents in any
medical specialty. This groundbreaking program achieved remarkable
adoption, with over 50% of U.S. residents utilizing it within the first year. Recognized for her strategic
vision and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, Cathy
maintains high standards and delivers
compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences, bolstering brand awareness and customer
engagement.
