The communications initiative is a partnership between the AVMA PLIT, Bayer HealthCare, and the Institute for Healthcare Communication (IHC). The goal is to provide veterinarians with training to enhance communication skills in an effort to ensure animal health and well-being, client satisfaction and retention, and veterinary practice viability.
